This notice explains how information submitted through the Fineprint review form is handled.

Information we collect

When you request a review, we collect:

  • the website address you submit;
  • the email address you give us so we can reply;
  • basic campaign attribution data such as UTM parameters, the referring page, and your browser’s user-agent string.
  • usage and behavior data collected through Google Analytics for Firebase and the X Pixel.

The form does not collect payment details, and you do not need to create an account to use it.

How we use it

We use this information to review the website you submitted, respond to your request, discuss whether the service is a fit, understand how people use this site, and measure which campaigns bring people here. The X Pixel may also support campaign attribution and website-activity audiences.

Service providers

Information may be processed by providers that support our hosting, forms, analytics, and communications, including Google Analytics for Firebase and X. These tools may use cookies or similar identifiers. We do not sell personal data submitted through this form.

Retention and your choices

We keep submitted information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above or to meet applicable obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete what you submitted by replying to any message you receive from us.

This notice should be completed with the operating company’s legal name, registered address, and contact details before the campaign goes live.
